Reiki Education Programme
As always Reiki One and Two Classes are provided here at Inglewood and are usually held once a month. The next Reiki 1  Class will be held on 16th & 17th February 2008  cost is  £100 .

Reiki Masters Course Following this years successful course at Stonehenge, I have planned this years course for the 11th – 13th July 2008. I and the previous students have always found this to be a deeply moving and spiritual experience which culminates in the unique environment of Stonehenge . We will be arranging an optional visit at the end of the weekend to Glastonbury, noted for its ancient history  and collection of spiritual and New Age shops.
As always  Masters Course is also available at Inglewood.

Emotional Freedom Technique:   with Carol, Carrie  and Cath
Emotional freedom technique is a method of promoting health and wellbeing by the release of blockages using a tapping technique developed by Gary Craig who stated ‘ The  cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the bodys’ energy system.  EFT is a form of psychological acupressure working with the same energy meridians, however where acupressure uses needles to stimulate and unblock channels EFT uses a system of tapping with the fingers on 13 specific meridian points on the face, hands and upper body whilst using statements relating to the issue being addressed.  EFT has gained a well deserved reputation for giving rapid long lasting relief from anxiety, stress, trauma, fear, phobias, panic attacks as well as some physical issues such as pain and addictions. A truly remarkable and ground breaking therapy.

Opal screening and  Thermography  by Monthly appointment  Lorraine will be visiting Inglewood during the week of the 18th February 2008.

Thermography is a non contact non invasive, painless and radiation free technology which can detect breast abnormalities up to 10 years before mammography – used extensively in the USA it can help with early intervention and management. As well as breast screening other regions of the body can be scanned eg back, shoulders, hips etc and on the evening there will be a demonstration of this amazing new and safe technology.

Also available for body treatment of Sculptra, which is an amazing new facial therapy which lasts 3-5 years and gives a great face lift effect. Jenny Maguire  provides  Life Coaching, providing one to one or group sessions. In addition  Jenny has developed a six week programme which will run through February and March  entitled ‘ Ruled by Food ?’  Do you feel your life is ruled by food?. The purpose of these workshops is to help you explore your relationship with food, and help you identify eating patterns that come between the person you are  and the person you want to be.  Cost £125

Reiki Exchange:

Reiki exchanges will be available to all past students who have undertaken any level of Reiki and have been arranged for the first Wednesday in every month at 7.30pm starting in May. Dates are; 2nd May 5th September 6th June 3rd Oct 4th July 7th Nov 5th Dec

MEDITATION EVENING:

Meditation evenings are held twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays in every month and are led by Pat Melia.Classes start at 7.30pm and are £4.00. Dates are; 10th and 24th May 13th and 26th September 14th and 28th June 11th and 25th October
